My name is Angelica Halliwell. Most people call me Angie. I'm 25 years old. I moved 13 times in 11 years as a kid after my mom died when I was seven.
I ended up in New York City when I was 18 and started waitressing at a small cafe where I met my future husband.
I became apart of the NYPD when I turned 21, at which time I married my then boyfriend, Josh, who was also NYPD. I worked NYPD for four years, two years in I was promoted to detective in the Bronx Division of Narcotics.
Things went badly between Josh and myself and I divorced him two months ago. I heard about an opening in the detective bureau in Miami and I'm heading down there now to go for my interview.
Oh, yeah, I've also got a dog, Lizzy, golden retriever, she's the canine version of my child.

----- Angie Halliwell is a sweet yet tough cookie. She enjoys everything from cooking, to dancing, out to collecting insects and rocks. Her cheerful personality is a constant among co-workers but she's able to play different roles in the law enforcement aspect of her life. She takes a more compassionate approach to police work than most people do, but is able to adapt to a strict disiplinarian if the situation calls for it. Angie is trained in Verbal Judo and often accidently uses it on her friends out of habit. Rarely does she take sides on any matter, but rather offers an impartial view of the matter. She's not known to be a participant in an arguement but rather a mediator. She lives, eats and breathes law enforcement and every aspect of her life reflects that. ------
